　　为了保护身份，郑耀先以后只能继续以周志乾的身份工作，也接受了组织交给的新任务——抓到宫庶。并且为了得到江万朝是“影子”的直接证据，郑耀先建议散出口风，说山城公安局里有个潜伏已久的国民党特务被捕了，只要台湾方面听到消息，为弄清是不是“影子”出了麻烦，肯定会动用潜伏特务来调查。宫庶布局把火力引到博爱诊所，打起锣鼓另唱戏，留下几个人看守韩冰并周旋，大部分特务则跟着宋孝安走暗道去劫狱。但监狱外的铁栅栏，让宫庶的计划功亏一篑，宋孝安他们不得不放弃解救郑耀先。
